Privacy Policy

What data we collect, why, and your choices.

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what data Fastwyn collects, why, and your choices. It complements our Terms.

1. Who we are

The operator of Fastwyn is the controller for the data described here. Contact: see the Contact page or support@fastwyn.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account — username, email, country, password (stored hashed), and your responsible-gaming settings.
  • Gameplay — bets, stakes, payouts, balances and wagering progress (real-money and demo).
  • Transactions & wallets — your assigned crypto deposit addresses, the wallet addresses you withdraw to, and — for security — the source wallet an on-chain deposit arrived from. On-chain transactions are inherently public on their blockchain.
  • Security signals — IP address and a device fingerprint (a hash of browser/device characteristics) used to detect multi-accounting, collusion and fraud.
  • Affiliate data — which affiliate referred you (via a referral link/code) and the resulting activity used to calculate commission.
  • Community — messages you post in chat.
  • Preferences — settings stored locally in your browser (e.g. favorites, selected currency, sound, recently played).

3. Why we use it

  • To run your account, process deposits/withdrawals and settle bets.
  • For security & fraud prevention — matching IP, device fingerprint and shared deposit/withdrawal wallets to detect multi-accounts, bonus abuse and collusion.
  • For responsible gaming — enforcing your limits, reality checks and breaks.
  • For the affiliate program — attributing referred players and calculating commission.
  • To provide support and improve the service.

4. Affiliates & what they see

If you joined through a referral link, the referring affiliate can see the activity of their referred players (sign-up date, gameplay, deposits/wagering totals) to track performance. Affiliates do not see your email address or wallet addresses — that data is reserved for the operator. The operator has the full overview, including security signals.

5. Sharing

  • Blockchains — deposits and withdrawals are recorded publicly on the relevant chain.
  • Service providers — hosting, database/auth (Supabase) and blockchain data APIs that process data on our behalf.
  • Legal — where required by law or to investigate fraud/abuse.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use strictly necessary storage to keep you logged in and remember preferences (favorites, currency, sound, recently played). These are stored in your browser; clearing them resets those preferences.

7. Retention & security

Data is kept while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, fraud prevention and any legal obligations. Passwords are hashed; privileged operations are server-side and access-controlled.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (e.g. GDPR), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us via the Contact page. You must be 18+ to use Fastwyn.

Fastwyn is in build-up. As the licensed cashier and partners go live, this policy will be updated — the current version always applies. Have it reviewed against your final licence/jurisdiction before public real-money launch.
