These Terms govern your use of Fastwyn. By creating an account or placing a bet you accept them. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming information.
1. Eligibility & account
- You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to gamble where you live.
- One account per person. Registration details must be accurate.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You may set responsible-gaming limits at any time in Settings.
2. Identity & AML
- Fastwyn is crypto-only and runs without a mandatory KYC onboarding for ordinary play — no document upload is required to start.
- We still monitor for fraud and abuse. Where activity is suspicious (e.g. multi-accounting, collusion, shared or third-party wallets, or unusual flows), we may request verification, pause an account, or refuse a payout. This is the only situation in which checks apply.
3. Deposits
- Deposits are made in supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, TRX) to the deposit address shown for your account and network.
- The exact amount received on-chain is credited automatically once confirmed. Send only the correct coin on the correct network — wrong-network transfers cannot be recovered.
4. Withdrawals & limits
- Withdrawals are paid to a crypto wallet address you provide.
- Limits: up to the equivalent of €1,000 per day and €15,000 per calendar month.
- Any open bonus wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Requests are reviewed and processed by the operator; payouts linked to fraud or abuse may be delayed or declined.
5. Bonuses & wagering
- Only one bonus can be active at a time, chosen at deposit. Welcome: 100% up to €500. Weekend reload (Fridays): 50% up to €300. Sports freebet: €20 on a €100+ deposit.
- Bonus funds carry 30× wagering; bonus winnings are not withdrawable until the wagering is cleared.
- Bonus abuse — multi-accounts, low-risk/hedging patterns or breaching these terms — voids the bonus and any winnings from it.
6. Provably fair
Every real-money Original is settled on our servers. Each outcome derives from HMAC-SHA256(server seed, client seed:nonce). The server-seed hash is committed before you bet, your client seed is editable, and rotating the seed reveals it so you can independently verify every past result. Outcomes are never computed in your browser.
7. VIP, races, raffles & affiliates
- VIP rakeback and reload depend on your tier and current program settings, which the operator may adjust.
- Race leaderboards and the weekly raffle are based on real-money wagering; prize structures and timing may change, and winners are determined at the end of each period.
- The affiliate program pays commission on the wagering of players you refer. Self-referral, fraud or incentivised fake sign-ups are prohibited and may forfeit commission.
8. Responsible gaming
Gambling can be addictive. You can set daily-loss and deposit limits, a reality-check reminder, or take a 24-hour break in Settings (limits apply to real-money play). Help: BeGambleAware and the German BZgA helpline 0800 1 37 27 00 (free & anonymous).
9. Prohibited conduct
- No multiple accounts, collusion, automation/bots, exploitation of bugs, or fraudulent funding.
- Breaches may lead to account closure and forfeiture of affected balances and bonuses.
10. Liability & changes
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Fastwyn is not liable for losses from gambling, network/blockchain issues, or third-party providers. We may update these Terms; the current version always applies, and continued use means acceptance.
